Major Accomplishments Since Last Report:

• The cylinder has been temporarily clamped to the table in order to make some trial runs.
• The cylinder and clamps have been cycled and are working properly.  ( We had to open up the ports on the stamping cylinder to get a lower cycle time out of it.)
• Our light curtain has been mounted and is working properly.  The brackets to which the curtain is mounted need to be permanently attached to the table.
• A reinforcing bracket has been made for the beam clamp on the stamping end of the tooling.
• A longer extension has been made between the stamping cylinder rod and the stamping head.

• Get the air cylinder permanently mounted to the base plate.
• Get the light curtain permanently mounted to the table.
